Workflow audit

There is a recurring sales problem in agent work: clients often know they have operational drag, but they are not yet able to specify the right implementation.

If the studio jumps straight to a bespoke build, one of two things tends to happen:

  • the scope becomes mushy
  • or the engagement quietly turns into discovery anyway

The workflow audit is a cleaner answer.

Why the audit exists

The audit creates a lower-friction entry point, but it also protects the quality of the downstream work. It clarifies:

  • where AI fits
  • what the workflow actually is
  • what the first useful system should do
  • what should not be built yet

Why it belongs inside the Agents section

Even though the audit is not literally an agent, it belongs in the same commercial lane because its purpose is to make agent work executable. It is part of the practice, not a sidecar consulting service.
