Bespoke Agents
Bespoke work begins when the workflow is already legible enough to build against.
Sometimes that legibility comes from an earlier audit. Sometimes the client already knows the surface: legal intake, lead qualification, internal triage, document review, or some other constrained but high-value process.
What Multiplicity designs for
The engagement is not just a prompt wrapped in a UI. The real work is in designing:
- what the agent owns
- what it hands off
- how exceptions are detected
- what evidence the team gets back
- how the system improves over time
The result should be operationally credible. If the surrounding workflow is weak, the agent will simply hide that weakness.
